Taylor Rhodes plays a unique and important role at DRi as our Candidate Stewardship Manager. In that role, Taylor serves as a single point of contact managing all client-candidate interactions, ensuring that candidates always leave searches with a positive experience of the non-profit clients with whom we work.
Taylor brings considerable experience in executive search to this process. Taylor spent three years managing the business development process for another executive search firm before joining DRi. She managed the submission process for over 200 proposals per year in collaboration with nearly 50 independent consultants.
In addition to her executive search experience, Taylor has a significant background in non-profit fundraising. She served as Development Manager at the National Alliance on Mental Illness, as Senior Development Associate at Mental Health America, and as Director of Administration and Development at the American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering.
