Forbes names DRi one of the top 50 executive search firms in the country

Forbes Magazine has ranked Development Resources inc. (DRi) one of the best Executive Search Firms in the United States for the fourth year in a row.

Forbes, one of the nation’s most prominent business journals, develops the list of the 200 best Executive Search firms from a pool of more than 4,000 firms working in the U.S. today, and DRi has continued to move up the list, being included this year as one of the top 50 firms in the country.

“We’re thrilled to continue to be recognized as one of the country’s best executive search firms in 2020. It is a recognition of our dedication to providing our clients and candidates with world class value and service. Even during these difficult times, our non-profit clients must have the best people to lead, innovate, and find creative ways in which to serve the most vulnerable populations across the globe,” said DRi’s co-founders Jennifer Dunlap and Nancy Racette.

DRwas ranked in Forbes’ “Executive Recruiter” category, encompassing firms that conduct high-level searches for Executive Directors, C-suite executives and Vice Presidents, and Director-level staff.

As an Executive Recruiter, DRplaces senior leaders across all types of non-profit organizations and position functions, including Board members, CEOs, C-Suite leaders, and all fundraising positions. A partial list of DRi’s clients is available here.
