Development Resources, inc. (DRi) is delighted to announce the placement of the Chief Financial Officer of the Public Interest Registry, the non-profit organization that manages the .org internet domain for more than 10.3 million websites.
DRi CEO Jennifer Dunlap worked with the Interest Registry’s new President & CEO, Jonathon Nevett, to recruit a Chief Financial Officer to manage a large and complex revenue program. The CFO will serve as an integral member of the organization’s executive management team as PIR leverages its success to support the data security and website management of mission-driven organizations.
Today we congratulate Laurie Tarpey for becoming Public Interest Registry’s Chief Financial Officer. Laurie has spent the last 8 years in CFO-equivalent roles: she served as COO at the accounting firm Raffa, where she managed a $50M budget; as interim CFO for two non-profits during her tenure at Raffa, including the $70M American Nurses Association; as CFO at Northern Virginia Family Service, where she managed a $36M budget; and as VP of Finance at the award-winning consulting firm ENC Strategy.
We extend our enthusiastic congratulations to Laurie and the Public Interest Registry. We look forward to their success together.
