A native of Washington, DC, Jennifer Broderick brings to DRi with more than 25 years of experience in the non-profit, association, and corporate communities. Her expertise lies in building fundraising, communications, and marketing programs with a focus on measurable growth metrics in support of the overall organizational mission.
Before joining DRi, Jennifer spent five years as the managing director of the American Academy of Physician Assistants’ (AAPA) Center for Healthcare Leadership and Management (CHLM). In her role at CHLM, Jennifer was responsible for building leadership content and curricula as well as overseeing client engagements with hospitals and health systems across the country. Under her leadership, CHLM forged partnerships with nationally recognized academic institutions and medical associations and experienced 105% growth in leadership conference attendance. As a member of AAPA’s leadership team, Jennifer provided strategic direction and guidance to the $25 million membership organization.
Jennifer previously designed and led capital campaigns at the Philadelphia, PA-based Germantown Friends School and served as senior fundraising consultant at Coxe Curry & Associates in Atlanta. In addition to leading fundraising programs, she has worked in communications at Leapfrog Advancement Services and in a grant-making role at the Goizueta Foundation.
Jennifer received her bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University and lives in Northern Virginia with her husband and two daughters.
