Chelsea Schuster plays a special role in DRi’s executive search practice. Unlike most search firms, DRi employs a dedicated Candidate Stewardship Associate to manage the end-to-end candidate experience, ensuring that candidates have a positive experience no matter the outcome of their own candidacy. Chelsea fills this critical role on our team.
As a dedicated relationship manager, Chelsea ensures that the needs of our candidates are always met and that our clients never have to worry about keeping track of them. Chelsea guides both sides through the demands of the full interview process with a sympathetic understanding of their stresses and an urgent sense of the importance to all involved of having the best possible conversation. In addition to managing preparation and logistics for both candidates and clients—including scheduling, travel, and the exchange of key documents—Chelsea also debriefs candidates and collects references after interviews are completed.
Chelsea is well qualified to work with search committees and executives. She previously served in marketing controls at JPMorgan Chase and in multiple roles at Sciens Capital Management, a private equity firm. While at Sciens, she realized her passion for client services and obtained a professional certification from the Society of Human Resources Management.
Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Villanova University. She is an avid runner and has participated in several marathons, including the New York Marathon, and a regular participant in SoulCycle classes. Originally from Virginia, Chelsea enjoys vacationing on the beaches of New Jersey.
