Ann Watters joined DRi in as an Executive Assistant to President and CEO Jennifer Dunlap. In addition to managing Jennifer’s schedule, Ann played a key role in conducting research to support strategic planning processes, feasibility studies, and development assessments. This work soon became a full-time function for Ann when she became DRi‘s Development Associate.
As part of DRi’s development consulting team, Ann provides research, analysis, and document development to help our clients build influential Board of Directors, design bold strategic plans, and run powerful fundraising programs. Some of the projects Ann has worked on include Board development for the American International Health Alliance, the development of a mission and vision for the Brem Foundation, and a development assessment for Army Emergency Relief.
Ann brings a significant background in research and analysis to DRi. She previously served as an Analyst and Office Manager at Praescient Analytics, a veteran-owned small business founded by a group of former intelligence analysts, software engineers, and entrepreneurs. Utilizing intelligence analysis software, Ann investigated education, military, and housing issues at Praescient. Ann previously served as a Congressional staffer for representatives from Pennsylvania and California. Her work in veterans and political organizations has been of great use to DRi’s many clients with public policy and government relations programs.
Ann holds a Bachelor’s degree in Politics from Princeton University.
