Forbes Magazine has ranked Development Resources inc. (DRi) one of the best Executive Search Firms in the United States in its inaugural 2017 list of executive and professional recruiters.
In partnership with the global data analytics firm Statista, Forbes developed its recommendations from an initial pool of more than 4,000 recruiters working in the U.S. today. Tens of thousands of recommendations, from thousands of HR managers, employees, recent job candidates, and recruiters from across the country, were analyzed to identify the best executive search firms in the country. Recommendations were based on a wide variety of factors, including quality of candidates, quality of available positions, and quality of overall service.
“We’re delighted by this honor and it is a testament to the importance of the non-profit sector that DRi is exclusively dedicated to serving,” said co-founders Jennifer Dunlap (President & CEO) and Nancy Racette (COO). “We set out to build an executive search firm specifically designed to meet the needs of the non-profit sector—one that emphasizes mission, passion, relationships, and dedication to service. We apply our own insights from the decades that we spent leading non-profits to every search and we field a search team that is specifically designed to meet non-profit needs. We’re so proud of the team’s work and thrilled that the impact of DRi’s approach and our contributions have been nationally recognized.”
DRi was ranked in Forbes’ executive recruiter category, encompassing firms that conduct high-level searches for Executive Directors, C-suite executives and Vice Presidents, and Director-level staff.
