DRi is pleased to announce the completion of our search for a Development Manager for the International Women’s Forum.

DRi worked with the CEO of the International Women’s Forum to create a new Development Manager position to support the expansion of women’s leadership programs around the globe. The invitation-only membership organization, composed of more than 6,800 women from 33 nations on six continents, sought a polished donor relations professional who could work with high-level women leaders in the public and private sectors and help them connect some of the world’s most prominent organizations to women leaders and the issues that they care about.

Today we congratulate Rachel Yost on becoming the International Women’s Forum’s Development Manager. Rachel has worked with senior leaders and Board members at a wide variety of non-profit organizations, including Partnership for a Healthier America, Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights, Martha’s Table, and NPower. In her most recent role at Partnership for a Healthier America, Rachel managed a comprehensive development program, including a portfolio of individual donors, sponsorship outreach, and special events. She is well positioned to engage the high-level stakeholders at the International Women’s Forum and to help them come together to help them make a difference for each other.

We congratulate Rachel and the International Women’s Forum —we look forward to seeing their success together.

DRi’s Senior Consultant Jeff Johnson worked with Public Health Management Corporation to identify a leader for Fairwold, one of the health and human services organization’s most recent acquisitions. The search played an important role in the two organizations’ merger, as Jeff engaged staff at both PHMC and Fairwold to identify a special education leader who would serve as a critical bridge during their continued integration. Jeff’s background in search for educational institutions was critical to the search, which required an education who could combine PHMC’s resources and organizational sophistication with Academy staff members’ knowledge and experience to make Fairwold a broadly-recognized innovator in special education. Today we congratulate Maria Kreiter on becoming Executive Director of Fairwold Academy. Maria has spent her entire career in education, from her first substitute teaching position in 1991 to her most recent tenure over the last four years as director of a school for special needs children. Along her path to the top leadership position, she has focused on different roles, from a music teacher to a professional development coordinator to a curriculum development specialist. Maria holds curriculum, principal, and superintendent certifications for Pennsylvania, and is competing her doctorate in special education. We congratulate Maria, Fairwold Academy, and Public Health Management Corporation—we look forward to seeing their success together."
